Withdraw from the contract here

With this function you withdraw online from a contract concluded with ScanAdresse for which you still have the right of withdrawal (articles L221-18 and L221-21 of the French Consumer Code). It is free and needs no account: you identify your order, then confirm at the next step.

For a dossier already made available to you, the right of withdrawal in principle no longer exists: when ordering you asked for immediate performance and expressly waived your right of withdrawal (article L221-28(13)). We still record and review every request and reply by email; the acknowledgement of receipt does not mean the request is well-founded.

If the dossier is not in conformity (for instance because of an error in our software), you keep the statutory conformity guarantee for digital content (articles L224-25-12 ff.): write to us, also without this function.
