Method and sources

Every ScanAdresse answer comes from public open data and carries the source and the date we read it. Processing: selection for the parcel and the address point, spatial comparison, indicative distances and formatting by SRI Group BV (VAT BE1037052239), without any endorsement by the producers.

Found, not found, source unreachable

For each register the dossier says: found, not found or source unreachable. A source that does not answer is never a ‘not found’.

Every rule, with its article

For the zone of the planning document, the dossier gives every prescription and refers to the rules published on the Géoportail de l’urbanisme, with the article and the link. It does not pick the ‘important’ rules: it gives them all, and does not say whether a project complies.

The texts

The sentences of the dossier come from fixed templates, not from a language model: the same house gives the same text. The dossier does not answer questions about your project.

What we do not use

No owner names, no personal data from DVF sales (the terms of reuse forbid it), no data under a non-commercial licence. Sales near the address appear only in the paid dossier, never on public pages.

Figures next to a reference, without a score

Each figure is read next to the department or France: never a sum, a rating or a judgement on a neighbourhood. Crime is recorded where the offence is reported, not where offenders live; in a small municipality the figure is often not published and the dossier says so.

The dossier is an automatic report: it sets out rules and facts from public registers, without any opinion on a project or on the legal situation of a property. It does not replace the seller’s diagnostics, the state-of-risks report, the notary, a lawyer, a surveyor or the town hall.
